Double Wrap Process: When we install your straps, we use a double wrap process to reinforce and strengthen your seat!
Refinishing Aluminum, Steel & Iron
We remove every part that is not made of metal from your chairs before we allow our powder-coaters to do their magic!
Each piece is stripped down to its basic metal profile, riding it of rust and old paint. It is then inspected for any compromise to the frame where it will be immediately addressed.
The last step is for it to be Powder-Coated and cured in an oven to bake the finish deep into the frame. Lasting longer than the normal painting process
