Give new life to your vinyl strap patio furniture! We remove the old straps and take measurements to get the correct length needed. We cut each one using our 2 ton punch press with a custom made die to accurately punch a hole for a nylon rivet and round the ends of the straps. We then heat the straps to make the vinyl stretch so we can install them. We use a double wrap method to ensure a secure and durable fit. Once the vinyl cools down it tightens back up to the new shape. Your chair is now ready for its new life!
