Do you sell parts for DIY repairs?
Yes! If you’re handy and want to do the repair yourself, we’re happy to sell you the parts and give you some guidance.
Can you install the parts for me?
Absolutely. If you’d rather have us handle the repair, just bring your furniture to our Mechanicsville workshop or schedule a pickup.
What if my furniture is really old?
We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we have access to parts for many older and discontinued furniture lines. Even if the manufacturer is out of business, we can often find or fabricate what you need.
How much do replacement parts cost?
It depends on the part, but most small hardware items are very affordable. We’ll give you a quote before you commit to anything.
Can you match the finish on metal parts?
In many cases, yes. We can powder coat custom-fabricated parts to match your existing furniture.
Do you have parts for brand-name furniture?
We work with parts for all the major brands, including Brown Jordan, Tropitone, Woodard, Winston, and many others.
What’s your turnaround time for parts orders?
If we have the part in stock, you can usually get it right away. If we need to order it or fabricate it, it might take 1-2 weeks.
