What’s the difference between sealing and oiling teak?
Teak oil can actually attract mildew and turn the wood dark and blotchy over time. A modern teak sealer, on the other hand, provides better protection from the elements and creates a more even, longer-lasting finish.
How long will the restored finish last?
With our professional sealing process, you can expect the finish to last 1-3 years, depending on how much direct sun and rain your furniture gets. We recommend a light cleaning and re-sealing every 1-2 years to keep it looking its best.
My teak has turned completely gray. Is it too late?
Not at all! That gray color is just a thin layer of oxidation on the surface. Underneath, the wood is still strong and healthy. Our restoration process will remove that gray layer and reveal the beautiful wood underneath.
Can you fix cracks or broken pieces?
We can often repair minor cracks and structural issues. If you have a broken piece, let us know when you request a quote, and we’ll see what we can do.

That’s perfectly fine! The gray color is purely cosmetic and doesn’t harm the wood. However, we still recommend a periodic cleaning to remove any dirt or mildew.

It’s simple. Just wipe it down with a damp cloth occasionally. Avoid pressure washing, which can damage the wood grain.
